The MatCHMaker project partners assembled in Vigo/O Porriño (Pontevedra) Spain! The two-day meeting, from November 28-29, provided a valuable opportunity for everyone involved to meet and engage with each other. Our partner AIMEN Centro Tecnológico organized and hosted the successful event and also arranged a tour of their labs at the research center.
The consortium meeting concludes the first year of the project with a review of developments of each work package with discussions of future steps. Besides presentations from each work package and task, related technical sessions and an insightful presentation from ZEISS Microscopy, a member of the project’s advisory board, further enriched our program.
December 7 marks the one-year anniversary of the kick-off meeting in Paris, France. As we look back to a very successful first year of the project, we anticipate more exciting developments, news and events to come!
